Check Sally is home or mowing normally.

Remove sticks or leaves if she is stuck.Reset code currently listed as 4444.

Confirm she returns to base or continues mowing.

Check spa temperature is 40°C.

Test pH / water chemistry.

Top up water if needed.Use hose beside spa and set a 15-minute phone alarm.

Clean any waterline “skin ring”.

Wipe coffee table.

Place TV remote on top of TV bar.

Arrange beige throw on ottoman.

Clean fireplace fully.Remove all ash and debris, then dust around fireplace.

Vacuum throughout and mop where needed.

Look up for cobwebs, especially around glass.

Empty cordless vacuum and plug it back in.

Pull hallway rug safely back from the step.

Sweep and wipe all entranceways.

Remove cobwebs from doors and exterior lights.

Tidy pathway and align outdoor chairs / furniture.

Confirm exterior sensor lights are functioning and switched on.

This is the final three-minute walk-through. Don’t clean now; just look at the property through a guest’s eyes.

All beds and bathrooms visually signed off.

Dining table matches guest count.

Guest amenities and toilet paper stocked.
