A $50 cleaning bond also applies. If it’s returned clean, you’ll receive a full refund. Otherwise, the bond covers professional cleaning so you always receive a BBQ in fabulous condition. **The cleaning bond applies to cleaning only and does not limit liability for damage or loss.

Terms & Conditions

1. FULL RESPONSIBILITY

The renter is fully responsible for the Equipment from delivery until it is collected by the owner. Responsibility continues even if the renter is not present at the time of collection.

2. DELIVERY & COLLECTION (AUTHORISED ACCESS)

The owner has permission to access the Airbnb/property for delivery and collection of the Equipment, Equipment may be delivered to and collected from the property without the renter present, The renter remains fully liable for the Equipment until it is collected

3. PHOTO EVIDENCE (IMPORTANT)

The renter agrees that: The owner may take time-stamped photos at delivery and collection, These photos will be used as final evidence of condition, cleanliness, and completeness, The owner’s photo record is accepted as accurate and binding in any dispute

4. CLEANING (STRICT)

Equipment must be returned clean and ready for use. If not, the full $50 cleaning bond will be retained.

5. DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT (NO LIMIT)

The renter is fully liable for: Any damage, Missing items, Theft. The renter agrees to pay  full repair or replacement costs, not limited to the bond.

6. PAYMENT AUTHORISATION

The renter authorises the owner to: Retain the cleaning bond where applicable, Charge additional costs for damage or loss. If payment is not made, recovery action may be taken.

7. USE AT OWN RISK

The renter accepts all risks associated with BBQ use including fire, burns, gas leaks, and property damage.

8. SAFETY (MANDATORY)
Outdoor use only, Must be supervised at all times, Gas turned off after use, No misuse, modification, or unsafe operation

9. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from use. Nothing in this agreement limits obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

10. INDEMNITY

The renter agrees to fully indemnify the owner against all claims, damages, and costs arising from use or misuse of the Equipment.

11. AGREEMENT
