Stove, oven & extractor

The kitchen is equipped with a Fisher & Paykel cooking suite for relaxed meals at home.

How to use
  1. Select the cooking zone or oven function you need.
  2. Set your desired heat or temperature using the controls.
  3. Switch on the extractor fan while cooking.
  4. When finished, return all controls to off.

Coffee machine

You’ll find the pod machine on the kitchen bench, with a selection of capsules provided to get you started.

Make a coffee
  1. Check that there is water in the rear tank.
  2. Lift the lever, pop in a capsule, then close it firmly.
  3. Place your cup beneath the spout.
  4. Press the top button and your coffee will be ready in moments.

Milk frother

A handy little appliance for making café-style drinks at home. Use it to heat and froth milk for cappuccinos, lattes and hot chocolates, or choose the Cold setting for cold frothed milk.

How to use
  1. Add your milk without filling beyond the marked maximum line.
  2. Select your preferred setting.
  3. Press Select/Start.

Refrigerator

The fridge includes a built-in dispenser for beautifully chilled water.

Use the water dispenser
  1. Place your glass beneath the dispenser.
  2. Press the glass gently against the dispenser lever.
  3. Release the lever when your glass is full.

Dishwasher

The dishwasher is ready for an easy kitchen clean-up after meals.

Start a wash
  1. Load the dishwasher, keeping the spray arms clear.
  2. Add a dishwasher tablet to the detergent compartment.
  3. Select your preferred cycle on the control panel.
  4. Press start and close the door securely.

Washer & dryer

A washer and dryer are available for your use, making longer stays and wet West Coast days that little bit easier.

Using the laundry
  1. Place your washing inside without overfilling the drum.
  2. Add laundry detergent and choose a suitable wash cycle.
  3. For drying, clear the lint filter before selecting your cycle.
  4. Please leave both machines clean and empty after use.
